QuickBooks Super-Condense makes QuickBooks faster and more stability by doing
special data housecleaning
and removing garbage data in the file.
All of your transactions, balances, and accounts will be preserved.
QuickBooks Super-Condense results in a much greater reduction in file size than
the standard Condense
feature in QuickBooks, and you don't lose any transactions. As one example, we
shrank an Enterprise
8 QBW file that was 680MB. The shrunk file was 415MB -- about a 40% reduction.
Larger files
may see an even greater percentage reduction.
The process is available for QuickBooks Pro or Premier versions 2006 and
higher, and QuickBooks
Enterprise editions 6 or higher.
To determine your existing file's size, press the F2 key in QuickBooks.
