How does your service work?
You tell us about your issue, we provide a quote, and then you upload your file through our secure link. We perform the work and deliver the repaired or converted file back to you. The entire process is handled remotely — no software to install, no screen sharing needed.
How long does a typical repair take?
Standard repairs are completed within 48 business hours (excludes weekends). Expedited service is available with a 12-24 hour turnaround. Actual times may vary depending on file size and complexity.
What is your success rate?
We maintain a 95% success rate across all file repair and data recovery services. For the cases we cannot resolve, our no-fix-no-fee guarantee means you pay nothing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All files are transferred through encrypted, secure upload links. We treat every client file with strict confidentiality and never share your data with third parties.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online files?
We specialize in QuickBooks Desktop files (.QBW, .QBB, .QBM). If you need help with a Desktop file or want to explore conversion options from other platforms, contact us for a free assessment.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a file repair cost?
Standard file repair is $275 USD with a 48-hour turnaround. Expedited service is $449 with a 12-24 hour turnaround. File size surcharges apply for files over 1 GB.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We quote a flat price before starting any work. File size surcharges and any additional fees (for Advanced Inventory or custom programming) are disclosed upfront in your quote.
What if you can't fix my file?
If we are unable to complete the service, there is no charge. Our no-fix-no-fee guarantee applies to every service we offer.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If we cannot deliver the agreed-upon result, you receive a full refund. We also offer refunds if the delivered result does not match what was quoted.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor. Payment is collected after you approve the quote and before work begins.
Technical Questions
What file types do you accept?
We work with all QuickBooks Desktop file types: .QBW (working files), .QBB (backups), .QBM (portable files), .QBA/.QBX (accountant copies), and .TLG (transaction logs). We prefer portable files (.QBM) when possible.
What versions of QuickBooks do you support?
We support every version of QuickBooks Desktop ever released, including Pro, Premier, and Enterprise editions from all years. We also work with QuickBooks for Mac files.
Can you repair a file that QuickBooks won't open?
Yes. The majority of files we repair are ones that QuickBooks cannot open or that produce errors on launch. We use specialized tools that work at the database level, independent of the QuickBooks application.
Do you need my QuickBooks admin password?
Yes. We need the QuickBooks admin password to access and work on your file. You can provide it by email when you upload your file.
Should I run Verify and Rebuild before contacting you?
No. We do not recommend running Rebuild on a file you suspect is corrupted. Running Rebuild on a damaged file can cause further data loss and make recovery more difficult. If you have already run it, that is fine — just let us know so we can factor it into our approach.

Can you downgrade from Enterprise to Pro or Premier?
Yes. We can convert QuickBooks Enterprise files to Pro or Premier editions with full data preservation. This is one of our most requested conversion services.
Do you handle migrations from other accounting software?
Yes. We migrate data from Sage 50, Xero, NetSuite, MYOB/AccountEdge, and other platforms to QuickBooks Desktop. Each migration is handled as a custom project with a flat-fee quote.
Can you convert between regional editions (US, Canada, UK)?
Yes. We convert QuickBooks files between US, Canadian, and UK editions with full data preservation and compliance adjustments for the target region.
